Keynote Speaker Clément Goyon
Clément Goyon is a scientist with a background in experimental plasma physics and high-energy density science. He received his M.S. in physics & photonics from Bordeaux University and obtained his Ph.D at the Laboratoire pour l’Utilisation des Lasers Intenses (Ecole Polytechnique, France) where he worked on laser-plasma interaction for advanced inertial confinement fusion designs. Dr. Goyon joined LLNL in 2014 as a member of the postdoctoral staff working for the Inertial Confinement Fusion program on the National Ignition Facility. He is currently the diagnostic team lead for the MegaJOuLe Neutron Radiography project (MJOLNIR), the deputy point of contact for SC-FES at LLNL and the science technology and engineering lead for the Livermore Institute for Fusion technology.
